If at first you don't succeed...... I have started down this path many times and have always gotten sidetracked before arriving at the destination. So here I go again. I would like to invite everyone to join me on a journey to a healthier lifestyle.
So for the first week of this challenge I would like to put forth 2 very attainable goals for the week.
1.Let us honestly log our food (even the stuff we think has no calories because we eat it standing up or walking)
2. Let us do 8 push ups twice a day, maybe before you jump in the shower and before you jump into bed. Everyone has time for that. They can be full push ups or on your knees or a combination of both. However you can get them in. This ideally should be in addition to whatever cardio exercise program you are currently doing, for example walking.
Let me know how your doing and if you completed the daily challenge. Then I can post a new challenge for the following week. Good Luck everyone.
