Losing it

So I exercise at the gym daily, I eat under my calorie goal, it is my first week but shouldn't I be seeing some weight come off? Because there has been no weight loss this week? Do I need to kick it harder at the gym?

Patience. It is only one week. How's your logging? The kitchen is where the work really needs to be done - exercise for fitness but a calorie deficit for weight loss. Do use a food scale, the recipe builder, accurate entries? That's where you really need to look to if you still aren't losing weight in a couple weeks. Also if your exercise is a new thing you're likely retaining water in your muscles.0
