Help! Bones pork chop!

Options
My boneless pork chop came with no nutritional information on it. One search result with green check says 4oz for 140 calories, the other green check result says 4oz for 240 calories. A big difference, both results are for boneless chops. What do you do when you get two very wide ranges for foods?

Thanks

Did the package say what cut of pork chop? Center cut loin chops are leaner than blade chops or sirloin chops. That can have a big impact on calorie count.

If all else fails, choose something that falls in the middle of the high and low counts.
