Help -getting frustrated with my fitness pal

I Need to adjust my micronutrients, when I change them I am getting a message saying ' your custom goal can't match your default goal". How do I adjust because it is sending me around the bend - not easy and there does not appear to be any idiots guide about. Thanks in advance
