Hello all, I'm new here and just started a new group. Pre diabetic Type 1 and 2 I hope to meet some really nice people here and if your diabetic or know some one that is you are more then welcome to join. It's about helping with lifestyle tips and recipes or just to talk if you need. I just found out I'm pre diabetic last month and learning myself.
