Hello MFP friends, I'm back on here after being gone for a few months. I've been playing around with different diets trying to figure out what will work instead of counting calories. However, I can say I haven't gained any weight. I've lost 9 pounds but I have been at a stand still. I am a 29 year old, wife and mother that's 154 pounds looking to get to 128 pounds and lean out. I am very familiar with mfp, exercise calories, eating whole foods, weight training and tdee method, so I could bring knowledge to thoses who are new to this app. I'm looking for positive friends for support and motivation as well as some in return. I will also have a open diary for thoses who want to see what I eat and what I do for fitness. Feel free to add me.
