I'm New to weight lifting

I Have decided to add weight lifting twice a week. I am using resistance machines and have no idea what the equivalent weight would be that I'm lifting. I picked 8 out of 10. At the end of 15 reps my muscles are fatigued. Today I felt an overwhelming euphoric feeling. I want this feeling again, but Zi head that I should allow time between workouts.

    Keep with it. Don't over train. Your body builds muscle at rest.
