    The first one is ok, but most trainers don't have nutrition credentials, so it's not necessarily bad if they don't ask about nutrition on the 1st day, other than to ask if they track their calorie intake - which most people don't.

    The 2nd article is great. Not sure i agree that "postural assessments.. may be outside the scope of a personal trainer". Maybe if you're a Beachbody coach. :+1:

    The 2nd one is actually good solid information, despite the comment about assessments (I think he was actually referring to correcting deviations found on NASM's assessment.. which is borderline physical therapy). I'm curious how trainers here score on the quiz at the bottom. :+1:
