How do I lose more?

So ive been here on and off for over a year, this time ive been here 4 weeks and ive lost 5.2lbs, that is great but im only usually losing 1lb a week.
My calories are set to 1360 and most of the time im under and if not im going into exercise calories.
I go to the gym 6 times a week and go on the bike for 30 minutes.
For my diet I have a shake for breakfast, soup for dinner and something average sized for tea.
What am I doing wrong?
Any advice welcomed!

The only thing you are doing "wrong" is that you aren't being patient. Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint.
Calories in is your best estimate. Calories out from exercise is an estimate. How many calories your body is burning from things other than exercise is an estimate. It's all estimates.
As long as you are on a downward trend with your weight, you are accomplishing what you are trying to accomplish.2 -
Patience grasshopper Be happy you're losing 1lb a week. I wouldn't recommend lowering your calories as you are already at the lower end.
If you're wanting to lose 2lbs a week (dont we all), then the only way that would happen safely is if you are in the Obese category.0 -
Be patient
1lb is a lot more than what people think it is, most would be over the moon with 1lb a week
If you want to get between 1-2lbs a weeks, adjust your calorie intake to 1,200 instead, but even then, you may only be loosing 1lb a week0 -
yoga, i do hot vinyasa yoga. burns a lot of calories, and the peace of mind and the reshaping of your body are also huge benefits.
