Since I got into my new job, I couldn't insert doing cardios into my schedule. Will this have a great effect in my weight? I am on a 1, 200 calorie diet. My eating habits didn't change. I eat a lot of veggies. I stopped eating junks: cakes, pastries, chips, milk chocolate, sodas for almost 7 months now.

Please help. Thanks!

Did you eat exercise calories back before? If you did, then no it won't affect your weight. If you didn't, then you should have because you would be technically having less than 1200 which really isn't healthy and in that case it probably will effect your weight because you're eating more by not burning as much. And it doesn't matter what you eat by the way, you can gain weight from vegetables and you can lose weight with junk food

You don't need to exercise to lose weight. Just eat the calories MFP says to, log accurately, and it should happen.
