    I was doing 16/8 during my cut.
    Worked great for me.
    Felt great throughout.

    Would have about 20/30%(mostly fats and protein) of my calories at 2pm, workout around 4:30pm, and then eat the remainder postworkout around 6:30-7:00pm (90% of my carbs contained therein).
