I am a male and have had bubbly urine since forever. I just recently told someone and they said it could be diabetes or kidney disease. I've had it since I was a teenager is as far as I remember.
I thought it was normal for a male to have foamy pee with the pressure on the water.
Can someone let me know if I'm right or wrong. Thanks

I had really foamy pee right before I was diagnosed with diabetes (it was like a large film of foam), but urine pressure on the water can also cause a bit of foaming (but not as bad as my pre-diagnosis urine -it's more like a few foamy bubbles versus a foamy film). If you're really concerned, it might be a good idea to contact your doctor.2
