V8 Juice after AM workout?

Hey I was thinking of starting to workout light cardio in the morning and my strength training after work.
I do 12:8 intermittent fasting so I only start eating after 12 until 8pm today like the hodgetwins and other popular health icons. I wanted to know, is it a good idea to drink a glass of V8 juice after my morning workout and a black coffee on the way to work?

It'll keep you hydrated, is low calorie and full of nutrients - so sure... why not! I usually crave a citrus fruit after a cardio workout0

Don't know who the hodgetwins are and really don't care, but they give out bad advice. Nutrient timing, while there is some research suggesting timing around workouts can make a slight difference is one of the 90% of the things that get 10% of the results. Sure nothing magic about noon to 8. You realize there are people in the real world that have been up 8 hours by the time noon rolls around, have worked out, cleaned up, commuted and worked at their job for 4-5 hours. Those people aren't suppose to eat?
Eat a balanced diet, meeting your calorie, macro and micro needs and don't worry about timing.1
