I eat when I'm bored, stressed, unhappy, and happy. I'm model gorgeous, but this habit has taken me under its wing. Let's beat this together

Me too and I just love sweets too much.1

The only reason I'm overweight is because I stress eat. No problems feeling hungry, or not understanding nutrition. Just stress --> food in mouth.1

Total struggle for me. Except it's not just any good, it's sugary sweets. I keep them around all the time--chocolate is the worst. Just forcing myself not to eat those in excess has helped me lose 5 pounds...realizing that was kind of shocking to me and I don't want to go back to my old habits. Happy to add and be added if anyone wants support!1
