For this Thread I had a a topic that I was wondering if anyone would like to share their History.

Doing INSANITY or any workout with medical Condition. Weight Loss Super Stars.

I have Thyroid Problem and PCOS. With these 2 combined comes a lot of other things. Such as depression on minute and happy the next... exhausted one minute and energetic the next.

I'd like to know anyone else's Weight Loss and Fitness Journey with Medical Conditions. Would like to hear from some "Weight Loss Super Stars. What were your trials? How did you push yourself so hard to get through it every single day and so on???

I have lordosis (a mild form of scoliosis), which makes some of the movements in Insanity (and in heavy lifting, for that matter) difficult and more fraught with risk of injury. You just have to figure out your own limits and work within them. I have modified a few of the movements slightly to accomodate my back. There have been a few times when, due to letting form slip a little, I started feeling it too much in my back and thighs. When that happened, I would stop and evaluate what I was doing wrong and fix it. I'm on month 2 now, and haven't had any injuries, but I have had significant results. It's a good program if you do it right, but be careful about form. Good luck.
