Post-surgery physical therapy

I had my second total knee replacement surgery 17 days ago and I'm in physical therapy at home three times a week. The therapist has assigned me three workouts a day and short walks around the neighborhood. Not sure how to calculate calories burned. Any thoughts?

You could use the app Map my Walk during your walking activities which would give you a rough estimate of calories burned.1
