For so many years I have tried all of the easy fixes to lose weight. Even flirted with the Isagenix craze for a little. At the end of the day the only thing that works is eating healthier and working hard which is what I am back here to do.

I'm simply a nearing 40 Australian father of two who wants to make a change to be a healthier and better father and husband.

The last time I did the journey correctly a few years back and used this site was the most success I ever had but then thought I was over the hard part and slipped into my old ways.
