    Hi, I have been using this app for a month and I must admit I have already seen the changes in myself. Watching my calories and eating healthy makes a lot of difference. Also having time to do exercise and motivational friends on this app make the difference. So you can do this!!

    Well you're in the right place! Weigh and log your food can do wonders, add in exercise and you'll do great!

    Agree with the comments above, and don't forget to add some weight training to your workout routine.

    I'm only a few days in and have already dropped some weight (mostly water weight, but it's a start!)

    New here too, but I'm struggling logging everything but putting weight on!! It's synced to my fit bit but if anyone can help or give good words of advice
