Shredding weight and body fat!

Right now I am studying to be a personal trainer and the most current information we went over is the actual science behind the workout model. So right now I'm just messing around with a few new exercises and methods of doing things. It's been 4 days since I started this and I've already lost 3lbs and my BMI has gone down .2 points. It's amazing the results you can get by fine tuning just the smallest aspect of your workouts and how you perform them!
