I'm currently reforming all my workout methods and styles. My newest gym partner is teaching me probably one of the most valuable things I have ever learned yet for my fitness journey. And that is the Mind muscle connection. A lot of great body builders and fitness enthusiast around talk about this. I by no means have mastered this, but just by focusing on this while I workout is amazing. It allows you to visualize what it is exactly you want from your body. And when your working a certain muscle group your focusing only on that peticular muscle and its contractions. Giving you that perfect precise movement that is needed for maximal gains. This has helped me immensely! Hopefully you guys can use this to your advantage. Check it out!
