I have lost weight and I'm going on holiday for 3 weeks and I'm scared that il put all my weight back on by forgetting to count calories and not have the healthy food that I have at home or going out for meals etc.

Any tips on making sure I don't go back to old ways??

Just don't eat huge portions and use your knowledge of which foods are better than others... Perhaps you can make time to take walks or use their gym (if wherever you are going offers a gym) enjoy your holiday! Even if you gain back a pound or a few - this is LIFE, enjoy it.... don't miss out on fun stuff that you enjoy just because you're worried about gaining some. When you get back, you know what to do and can re-lose it. :)

It's your holiday! Just take a passive view on portion sizes and try and make healthier options where you can, but this is a holiday to enjoy! Try to eat to maintenance, or at a small surplus so the damage isn't too bad.

When you get home then just get right back on the wagon. On holiday, just remember to pull it behind you so you don't lose sight of your overall goal.

Oddly my last two holidays(vacations) I've lost weight on! I still logged as best I could eating out everyday. I'm always suspicious of those numbers as they could be way off.

My guess is that despite eating restaurant foods for a while, I had zero snacks.

Good luck, it's your holiday, enjoy! The weight stuff can have a little holiday too.
