Lost 4 lbs since I started fitness pro and 20 in the last year.... 20 lbs further... anyway, nothing to say but that I am with all my brothers and sisters and together may we become fit again.

    Have lost 58 pounds since September before mfp. Trying to lose 10 more and maintain ! Good Luck on your adventure .

    Using this website I find it amazingly easy to lose weight but now I see that I am shortchanging myself it iron. More spinach I guess!!
