I would love some healthy children loving meals to try. Anyone have an awesome recipe? New to this and want to make the best of it.

Just make your regular meals, but tweak them a bit. If I don't put veggies directly in the dish, I will always have them on the side. Low calorie, high volume and lots of fiber.
Skinny Taste.com and Cooking Light.com recipes are great.0
