Hi I'm a woman almost 42 yrs old. Most of my life I didn't have weight issues. A few years ago I had weighed about 135 due to meds. I'm 5'2, small frame and currently weigh between 106 and 110. This has been my weight,other than those few years, since age 16. After losing weight I was shocked to see I don't have the body I had before even tho I weigh the same as I once did. I'm learning to accept it tho. My real struggles are unhealthy eating. I'm terrible. I just don't know how to eat. I never have. I stay within my calorie count to maintain weight but I always fall way short on nutrients. 3 to 5 days a week I'm over on fat and or sugar content. If anyone has experienced similar eating issues and has advice on how to make changes and stick to it, I'd love to hear from you.
