Hi all!
I'm sure this has been asked before but what do you find are the best workouts to produce a bubble bum! My butt is pretty nice but looking a tad deflated...probably from sitting on it so much

And also, honestly - how are all other weight exercises supposed to make you smaller...but squats are supposed to make your butt bigger. I don't see the logic here and am curious if anyone with knowledge has something to share. Thanks!!0

Other weight exercises aren't supposed to "make" you smaller, they're supposed to ensure that when you lose weight it's mostly fat. That means you look toned when you are lighter rather than just looking like a smaller version of what you used to look like.
Doing exercises that focus on the butt don't necessarily give you the bubble butt look. If you work at it for a long time you can add muscle there, but the exercises don't automatically make your butt bigger.

Look into Strong Curves (it's a glute based workout program).
Building a bigger butt I would think would require a calorie surplus (even when doing squats).

Donkey kicks, pulsing lunges, squats all day long, look up KatyHearn in instagram, she has built herself a nice one and she actually sells workout plans for it, but just in her youtube and instagram you can see a lot of clips of her workouts and get ideas0
