Need some little to no sugar quick recipes

I am currently at 200lbs and I am really unhappy with the way I look. My SO has just moved over to Italy for a year and I am planning on going over in September but as it stands I am too uncomfortable at this weight to even think about summer clothes.

I am 19 and have been diagnosed with PCOS and my doctor has recommended Metformin to help me lose weight, I am mostly struggling with what meals I can eat throughout the day. Right now I don't eat anything until around 6 at night (I am a nursery worker, I work 8 hours a day and never feel I have time to make myself lunch for work) I really want food that is low in sugar as I have a high risk of diabetes in later life due to my condition and weight.

Need little to no sugar quick recipes to keep me going through the day

    ruled.me/ Literally every recipe on that site. It's targeted at ketogenic eaters, and by that very nature, has no sugars involved (and minimal carbs of any kind).
