But they all taste horrible, compared to cows milk anyways. I would class those more as nut "juice", rather than milk.

Which brand are you buying from? I usually get the Vanilla Flavored from Blue Diamond. I have tried different ones with the lady logo and unsweetened/ original and those are disgusting. / Well Technically if we see the amount of Calcium is has twice more than cows milk.

I drink Blue Diamond unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I make a mix of regular milk and Almond milk every morning and use it in my cups of tea/coffee all day. I don't mind the sweetened vanilla almond milk, but it has more carbs and less protein and fat than cows milk and it's $3.30 for 1L. I drink over 500ml a day and it would get too expensive.
I've tried to get used to having the unsweetened almond milk in Tea, cereal and on it's own but i just don't like it and makes those enjoyable things unenjoyable lol I just have weird taste buds, as I know many people love it!

Something to add. I have dairy every morning [1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup flavored fat free greek yogurt and 1 Tbsp lemon juice. The lemon juice adds some savory to the sweetness of the flavored yogurt and the saltiness of the cottage cheese] and have already lost quite a bit of weight. Just like everything else [unless you're allergic to dairy] it's too many calories that will cause gains, not necessarily which group the foods comes from.

Well I learned through my journey that cutting back on dairy didn't help weight loss wise, but my stomach stopped hurting from eating dairy. I would say just see how it goes not having dairy and remember Almond Milk/Cashew/Coconut/Soy are all good options

    That's what she said :p

No use growing your own food if you want to be natural, agriculture isn't natural (It's only about as old as dairy consumption) and our domestic crops are so altered by selective breeding as to be essentially man made.

Corn, for example, was created by the American Indians from wild grass and is so domestic it can't even reproduce on its own - if humans all died out tomorrow, most of the world's population of maize would die out in a season. None of it would ever breed again.

Carrots were bred from tiny, woody, bitter wild roots. Apples came from crab apples, broccoli and cabbage and cauliflower from bitter wild leaves, potatoes from tiny, probably toxic tubers. And don't get me started on domestic animals. Have you ever wondered why there are no cows in the wild?

Changing our environment using our brains and hands is what makes us human and what got us to where we are today. The fact we're all on the Internet using our mobile devices, discussing whether drinking milk is "unnatural", is kind of funny.

Eat dairy if you like it and it agrees with you, not because it is or isn't "natural". It's a whole food with plenty of nutrition and a great food source if you're not intolerant to it, don't ban yourself from eating it unless you have a really good reason. Isn't life full of enough rules without making up more for yourself?

    Ancient corn:

Selective breeding got us to what we have today.

A sampling of the 4,000 varieties of potato:

The gene variety of the potato is quite complex; polypoid. To get consistent potatoes, we plant tubers from successful plants (non-toxic, uniform shape, etc.) to grow genetically identical offspring.
