What's a way to lose stomach fat & also thighs

    Since spot reducing isn't a thing, you'd have to eat a calorie deficit and just be patient. If you're already close to the bottom or are at your healthy weight range, consider a body recomposition (eating at your personal maintenance calories and doing a heavy lifting program such as stronglifts 5x5 or Strong Curves.)

    I don't want to be a bodybuilder I don't want to get big. I just want to get tone I'm a small girl I'm 5'1 . My goal I want to be in 125lbs. So far I lost 1.4lbs

    I'm not a bodybuilder. I lift to preserve as much muscle as possible during my weight loss as to become stronger and leaner. I'm no buff hamster or anything...and females cannot get man-buff without err...extra..'supplements' and working out much much more than we would. It is very hard for us to gain muscle. Very.

    No I that right doesn't look like bodybuliding . She looks tone flat stomach I wish I had that body flat abs
