I am Lizzy. I am a 26 year old mom. I have I am trying to get my steps up to 10000 a an account for quiet a while. And I even lost weight. Then stopped logging in and gained weight back by ignoring what I have been eating. Now I am giving it another go. I won't lie these first couple of weeks. I am trying to get my steps up to 10000 a day, and eat the recommended 1200 calories to help lower my weight. If anyone has some tips please send them my way.
