Lost weight during Ramadan

Lost 1stone 10lb during Ramadan. I currently weigh 16st 2.4lb I am determined to carry on and lose the rest of the weight to get to my target weight of 10st bring it on

    Congrats, I usually gain. Lost this year too, but I didn't want to.

    It's the 1st year of fasting that I've actually managed to lose usually I gain due to over eating so this year was a good year

    Yes i don't know how but I did I am so happy finally got into some jeans and trousers that I bought but were to tight

    How did you guys lose? I gained maybe cos carbs at iftar :( fill me in so next year inshallah i lose

    Not eating anything before fujr just drinking water then eating filling meals at iftaar I made things like chorba (soup) and marqlouba (rice with aubigines and tomatoes with chicken, not eating a lot of fatty foods i am married to a Algerian man so I mainly cooked Algerian food during Ramadan we had fish and bourek like spring rolls and you can add any filling, I found myself feeling full up quickly even on the days I wasn't able to fast witch I still have to make up of course, did you all have a great eid sisters
