Eating speed

I have found it useful to track how long it takes me to eat a meal and slow the speed I eat way down. I would like a start stop timer on each meal. Also understanding my emotions when I eat and stress levels. Having four basic emotives sad, glad, mad, and the abilty to Check more than one off would be good also and maybe a stess meter 1-10. Stess keeps weight on you. When I started tracking these and dealing with mt emotion and stess eating so that I only eat when truely hungry and then eating very slowly the weight started falling off. Lost 30 pounds in 3 months
