Starting my 5 month prep

Hey I'm Ashton, I'm 24 and I am giving myself until Christmas to totally transform my body. I'm currently vegetarian, and am in the process of becoming vegan. I weight train heavy 5 days a week and incorporate HIIT or steady state cardio after my weight training sessions. I am looking for experienced bikini prep individuals as well as vegeterian or restricted diet people to go to for advice. I am also looking for people committed to their own fitness.
