    I think it slows digestion so maybe not fat but bloated. I haven't really researched it much though.

    No. The only thing that will make your belly fat is eating more calories than your body Burns.

    I eat 800+ kcals within an hour before going to bed, most nights. Doesn't appear to be causing me any issues.

    I eat a lot before I sit/lie down at the end of the night. My belly looks huge. It's food volume though, not fat. Looks normal again in the morning.

    No. Look at all the replies in your other post; the only thing that makes your belly fat is eating more than you burn.

    I have different recipes (lower volume/higher fat) if it's Friday night and I need to get into a dress instead of lying down lol

    To clarify: Yes you can if you go over your maintenance calories every day.

    If you're eating within your calories, nope. Sometimes I eat the majority of my calories 1-2 hours before bed.

    If you eat more then you burn then you'll gain fat.
