I'm addicted to carbs :(

I know cutting out refined carbs is the only way I lose weight, but it's so hard! Carbs are everywhere lol. Any tips on how to deal with this or make substitutions? Feel free to friend request since moral support seems to be my only weapon against sugar!

Skip the substitutions. They make me want more. Stick to unrefined carbs only. I'm on a LCHF diet - this may not be as appealing to others.0

If you mean sugary treats, they tend to have as much fat as sugar. And "carbs" is a much wider category. I hate when people use "carbs" as a synonym for "junk food."
Pet peeve out of the way, planning is what works for me. I know what I want to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (and snacks if I have them, but I usually don't), and I make sure those are filling. Then I ignore other foods. There's no need to plan to include refined carbs in your meal if you don't want to eat them (I tend to have a low carb breakfast, often have whole grains at lunch, but it's easy to plan low carb if you want it, and typically some kind of starch (like potatoes) at dinner, but if I wanted to cut calories I'd replace that serving with more vegetables and be fine).
If what you mean is that sweets or other junk food you don't want to eat as part of your plan are everywhere, it's less about the food as teaching yourself not to eat foods that aren't on your plan -- that foods are "everywhere" should have nothing to do with whether you eat them or not, and I think the usual problem is that people don't have a strong sense or plan in their own mind of what they intend to eat that day. If I get tempted at 10 am by something I remember I am having lunch reasonably soon.
I also do often plan in a treat (for me, after dinner), as I enjoy it and it allows me to remember that if I save the calories and don't waste them on junk that's just around and not that great I will be able to enjoy whatever it is.2
