What is a good heart rate monitor/calorie counter

So I have used a polar watch with a strap before but in buying a new one something in the strap has changed and I hate it so therefore won't use it. I have been researching fit bit jawbone xtech mio Apple Watch pretty much everything.
I am looking for something that will monitor my heart rate and let me know the calories burned during my exercise. Cost wise so long as it is under 350$ and lasts I don't mind spending for quality. Thoughts experiences would help.

I use the Bowflex EZ-PRO Strapless Heart Rate Monitor for keeping track of my heartrate. I tested its accuracy at my last doctor's visit and it's very accurate. As for a calorie counter, I use the Soleus GO, which counts steps and thus calories burned.0
