Inner thigh exercise!

Found this today on Self.com while I was searching for a new thigh exercise to try tonight since I'm working my legs. This one looks like a winner!! I've been doing plie squats for the last month with a 10 lb dumbbell and I try to make sure to keep my back as straight as possible and squat as far as I can go without it feeling like I'll pull something! lol I lost 1 1/2" off my thighs this last month and I swear it's those! So I'm definitely trying this and hopefully will see maybe a 2" difference next month? HUH!? Try this with me, ladies!

  • Hey...Im a squatter..lol..and I can agree squats allow the fat to be burned by muscle...do your legs look more lean?

    thanks for sharing...i love squats...i do 2 sets of 25 every morning in the shower...one set to let my shampoo set and one set for my conditioner...weird habit i know but it has helped slim and tone my thighs! :)
