From couch potato to fitness addict!

I am sitting here this morning wondering what to do with myself. I have worked out hard four days in a row and my muscles are sore and tired and I know I need a rest day but the gym is calling my name. When I started getting active it was simply my husband dragging me for walks through the park. I complained and whined with every step. I hated it. Now I can't seem to get enough exercise. I will take today off. I never would have believed rest days could be so difficult.

Rest days are important! But rest days doesn't mean you have sit on the couch all day either. Go for a walk or a hike on your rest days. Or you could be couch potato but don't string a bunch of couch days in a row.
But I get you, exercising is so much fun!0
