WEEKENDS BLOW

Trying to stay on schedule and eat healthy on weekends really blows. Any ideas on what to do? Feel free to add me :wink:

    Plan to be active on weekends (hiking, biking, swimming, cleaning, visiting friends, etc) or just sleep and nap (you can't eat while unconscious). Sometimes I like to devote the whole afternoon to cooking something more complex. With that comes the morning of browsing the food sites and a shopping trip.

    Planning ahead is absolutely key. It can be more difficult because of not scheduling things around the work day, but at least loosely planning what you're going to do and eat can be very beneficial.
