I bought the Hungry Girl: Clean and Hungry book and have tried a few recipes.

Here are some of my favorites: Southwest Chicken Cauliflower Rice Bowl and Mediterranean Spaghetti Squash with Chicken.

What are some of your favorite Hungry Girl recipes (from any of her books)?

Have you tried the desserts with a black bean base? I'm a little nervous to try those so I'm curious what your reaction was when you tried them and which is your favorite.

    I love her foil pack spinach chicken. YUM. Recipe is on the website.
