Increase Protein intake?

I have been struggling to reach my protein goal. Some days I am not even close to the target.

What do you guys to do in that regard?

I can't see what you're eating now, but you can either 1) have bigger servings of the protein-rich foods you're already eating or 2) add more foods with protein to your diet.

What are you eating now? What are your likes/dislikes?

There are no points of reference here. What's your height, weight, and weight goal? Your current calorie goal, protein, fat and calorie goals? How active are you, and are you strength training? Are you a vegetarian? Do you have any food aversions or allergies?

I always aim for my body weight or a little more. Protein shakes, chicken, sirloin burgers, there are so many foods you can eat to reach your goal.

When I have problems hitting my goal, it happens sometimes, I just add a protein shake as a snack. Usually helps me hit my goal (minimum 100g daily as I'm doing a lifting program).

I have had this problem the last two days so today I had a protein shake and oatmeal instead of my usual yogurt and granola for breakfast.

Eat more protein and fewer carbs/fat to stay within your calorie goal.

I usually get between 120-150g of protein a day, my diary is open if you want to check it out.

Plain greek yogurt helps a bunch! And lots of chicken breast.
