Logging Exercise in MFP

I would like to log my activity in MFP. I've been doing a variety of classes at the gym. Any suggestions on how to log these things somewhat accurately so it doesn't give me a misguided calorie deficit? (like I would rather low-ball it that over credit.)

If the activity isn't already in the MFP database, try to do some internet research to find out the average amount of calories burned during a certain exercise based. Then, taking into consideration your weight/height and perceived level of effort, you can always add the exercise in manually.0
