Why not? It has fat, protein, and carbs and tastes good. :) As long as it fits within your calorie allotment and it fills you up, go for it.

It's okay to eat whatever you want whenever you want.

You can eat whatever you want for breakfast, it just has to fit in your calorie allowance.

Do you like it? Does it fit your goals? Do you want to eat it? If all those are yes then it is okay to eat. If any are no then find something else to eat.

As far as I know there are no countries, states, or municipalities that ban such a breakfast. You may proceed to eat it.

That sounds delicious! And it's pretty low calorie, with a good carb/fat/protein breakdown and almost no sugar. That seems like a perfect breakfast. <3

My first meal is often a potato with eggs and other yummy stuff such as salsa or greek yogurt. Keeps me full a long time, tastes delicious, and has some decent protein. Why would you think it isn't okay?

Sounds awesome! I would totally eat that! B) A nice bit of protein in there, reasonable calories for a breakfast. Seems well-balanced. Do it!

It's alright if you're not on a low-potassium diet [potatoes have a very high potassium content].
