For those of you who monitor your blood pressure do you notice that it gets higher for a few days at certain points in your cycle? My doctor does not seem to believe me because she has never heard of that so I want to hear from some of you to see what your experience is.
For me blood pressure tends to run 120 something over high70's. Then it will spike to the 140's over 90's for a bit and then go back down. From tracking only a few months it seems to be cyclical.
Thanks for your input!

losing blood actually brings the BP down... => BUT being dehydrated during ur cycle could certainly bring ur BP higher!! thats a fact.
stay away from salts because ur cycle is ALREADY dehydrating u. and drink LOADS of water.
hope that helps =]0
