How to weigh frozen chips - confused!

I've got a bag of frozen oven chips and I can't figure out if the nutritional information is for them at their frozen weight, or cooked.
It says:
Nutrition - when oven baked according to instructions

100g contains 240kcal.
125g oven baked contains 300kcal

The bit in bold suggests that you're supposed to weigh them cooked - but most things are weighed from frozen so I don't know why this bag of chips would be different (or does it mean, 125g weighed from frozen will contain 300kcal after cooking?)

Maybe it's badly worded or I might just be being dumb but I can't work it out.

I read it as: 100 grams of frozen product is 240 calories. If you oven bake them then 125 grams of the cooked product is 300 calories

But the bold part is confusing - so maybe BOTH are for the cooked product?? Weird.

I cook for more than just myself, so weigh them onto my plate cooked - the Albert Bartlett and M&S ones are pretty clear about giving those values, anyhow.

Reality is, I weigh occasionally and eyeball mostly - the weighing is just to make sure that my perception of a normal portion for me hasn't drifted.
