Please bare with me , this is my first time with MFP. My name is Marg and I am 57 yrs old and I am from Kingston Ontario and have retired after 33 years with the same company and I have also celebrated my FIRST year SMOKE FREE.........I did however gain 20 lbs and I did start Weight Watchers online but alot of it is in USA counts, which is hard to track...........SO I heard about MFP and thought HEYYYY I can give this a whirl...........So hear I am ...if you have any advice for me please feel free to send message....In the meantime I do wish each and everyone good luck...........

    Welcome! The database is pretty extensive so hopefully you'll have an easier time tracking than on WW.
