Need a new lifting programme!

I have just finished Strong Curves by Bret Contreras and while I loved it and have seen some great results, I'm looking to try something new.

I only started exercising properly in January this year, so I'm still a noob :)

Does anybody have any suggestions/recommendations? I've been eyeing up The New Rules of Lifting for Women, so if anybody had any experience of this I'd love to hear about it!

I haven't used these but I would think explaining what about Strong Curves isn't doing it for you might help others with suggestions.

I think there is a thread full of lifting programs in either maintaining or gaining boards.

I cannot recommend anything by Nia Shanks highly enough, especially her Beautiful Badass program. I purchased the digital download 3 years ago and find myself going back to its programs again and again. Simple, tough, effective. Love, love, love! I also did Strong Curves and Strong Lifts 5x5, but BB is what seems to really work for me and keep me interested and making progress.

I had REALLY great results with New Rules of Lifting for Women. It can be a bit complicated for newer lifters though. I like Stonglifts 5x5 for simplicity. And Nia Shanks does have great programs too.
