Staying on a diet track with a Migraine

Any suggestions for staying on track when you have a migraine? I get them from time to time, physician has me on meds (preventative & reactive - I avoid my controllable triggers, but can't help the weather), but my natural impulse is to eat to get over the sick feeling they give me... It may sound strange but a Filet-o-Fish or grits with lots of brown sugar usually help a lot!

I find on migraine days, my diet is totally derailed and feel frustrated mostly because goal # 1 is to get through the day. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and what they to for it..
