Can I include that in my water intake? I typically ONLY log actual water, but I do love my unsweetened green tea in the mornings and I haven't been counting it. Should I?

If you flavored your water with crystal light, you would still log it as water. I would look at them the same way. Hope this helps

Basically any liquid counts to your water intake. Just because it has something added doesn't change that. Coffee, tea, soft drink, evenn.

All beverages count as water (even coffee. Get ready for the arguments on that!). If they have calories, you also have to log them as food, but yes, they still count as water.

    Yes. Fluid counts as water.

Flavored water is still water. The point of tracking water is to make sure you're hydrated. Flavored water (aka tea) hydrates just as well as water straight from the tap, bottled water, etc.
