I am challenging myself to double my average daily steps and also double the amount of water I am drinking, which is too low. I really believe small changes can lead to bigger changes in my life and help me get to where I need to be. Plus, I think I will feel so much better overall when I am drinking more and moving more. Anyone care to join? 
Daily steps goal: 15,000
