Understanding iOS adjustment

I am trying to figure out the "credit" MFP gives me for working out with the sync to my watch. I found the adjustments for calories on here is against my total calories MFP thinks I burn in a day, not my adjusted weight loss calories....so, I am not getting much credit for workouts I do. At least I think that is how it is working but I am confused by it. I will get credit for an hour of working out on my watch but towards my MFP goals I have set for myself only get 20 calories towards cardio. Can anyone help explain this?

If the explanation on the link does not help you, I suggest to repost your query at MFP "Technical Help" message board"0
